As Gordon Ramsay prepares himself and his team for taking part in Staffordshire’s Iron man triathlon this summer he shares some of the healthy recipes he will be enjoying during training, such as this exciting twist on the traditional tuna dish
Makes approximately 1 pint
Small bunch of kale (a couple of handfuls)
Stick of celery
One Granny Smith apple, diced
One pear, diced
Small bunch of parsley
Lemon juice to taste
Run the kale, celery, apple, pear and parsley through the juicer.
Season with the lemon juice to brighten the flavours.
